Neon Tower Ascension

Welcome to the Neon Tower, a dizzying tower with 10 exciting layers of platforms to aid in your ascension! On the 10th layer, a welcoming platform with a goal in the centre! Your goal is simple! Ascend to the top!

Along the way, you will encounter a wide variety of platforms that will aid in your ascension! Square ones, round ones, boxes, cylinders, cogs, some stationary, some turning, some spinning, some moving. Each platform will bring you closer to your goal!

CHECKPOINTS

Along your way, there'll be checkpoints so if you're foolish enough to fall, you won't have to climb the whole way back up. The number of checkpoints available will depend on the difficulty you choose!

EASY: Has a checkpoint after every section! Good for learning the layout of the map or for a casual playthrough!

NORMAL: Has a checkpoint after every floor! An average challenge.

HARD: Zero checkpoints! Perfection is key!

SPEEDRUN

In every run, you'll be timed to see how fast you can complete the course! See if you can perfect your time!

You have a unique time for every unique difficulty! Maybe you could beat your "Easy" time in "Normal" or get the best possible time in "Hard"! Aim for perfection!

MULTICOLOURS

By default, the tower's walls and platforms will share the same colours. Want to change this? No problem! Just head to the settings and change the wall and platform colours to one of three options!

DEFAULT: The default colours for the different floors' platforms and walls.

COMPLEMENTARY: Changes the platforms/walls colours to a colour that complements the default option.

RANDOM (UGLY MODE): Changes the platforms/walls colours to a completely random colour, leading to ugly results.

Note from the developer:

This game began development as a test for Unreal Engine 5 after I began looking for alternatives to Unity after the 2023 Runtime Fee Incident. After realising this game's been sitting on my computer unfinished for over a year, I decided to polish up the game a bit and then release it for you all to enjoy! As such, the game still uses the default player character and may not be as polished as I like. I hope you all enjoy it regardless!
